Maximization of the leading model creation for the SW-Centered College Project Group; optimized structure for the execution of the project; establish six centers with in the project group; establish departments that are focused on career development, job seeking, and start-ups in the collages and collage HQs; establish a close relationship for cooperation between the participating SW-related major departments and the industries (local communities).

Establish and operate six centers for the purpose of operating and proliferating the educational SW for the university; training the convergent talents with the knowledge in their majors and skills in SW; establishing a global hub for industrial-academic cooperation; enhancing the job seeking and career-development skills; and proliferation of SW education over the entire society.
