SW Major Education
- The SW major departments will be operated in a 10s-semester system (additional 15 credits from extracurricular courses)
- Regular 8 semesters + 2 semester (SW Skills Enhancement Semester (90 hours in three weeks during vacations), SW field practice semester (4 weeks ~ 8 weeks during vacations).
- Foundation and Operation of TMP(TU-SW Mashup Project) Lab. & THC(TU-SW Honors Club)
- Provision of spaces for executing industrial-academic cooperation projects (5 rooms - 1 room per department / open for 24 hours per day)
- The students who have been selected as ‘SK-skilled students’ or those who achieve Grade 1 in CP2 are entitled to join the US-SW Honors Club and provided with the spaces in which they can live with the enterprises
- Strengthened requirements for graduation (1 patent per student to graduate or 1 SW registered per student, SW grade certification, taking English courses)
Establishment of connected undergraduate - master’s degree program, cooperation between the undergraduate and graduate schools
- The students who are in the TU-SW Honors Club are encouraged to take the connected undergraduate-master’s degree programs, providing a big data SW developer track
- Establish a data scientist track for the SW application experts for the students of the SW-related majors
- Solve the issues in the local community through the joint projects between the industries-university-graduate school (TMP + application)
